By creating an account or using Hairloss Authority ("we", "us", "the site"), you agree to these terms. Please also read our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your data.

Not medical advice

Content on this site — including articles, guides, and any community discussion — is for general educational purposes only and is not medical advice. It is not a substitute for a consultation with a qualified physician. Always consult a doctor or other qualified healthcare provider before making any decision about a medical condition or treatment. We are not responsible for treatment decisions made based on content found here, including in community-submitted questions and replies.

Your account

You must provide a valid email address and keep your password secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. One account per person. You must be at least 16 years old to register.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site to send spam, harass other users, impersonate someone else, post illegal content, or attempt to compromise the security of the site. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, at our discretion, with or without prior notice depending on severity.

Content moderation

To keep the community trustworthy, new members' first questions and replies are held for review before they appear publicly; established members' content publishes automatically. We may edit, reject, or remove any submitted content, including images, at our discretion — for example if it is spam, abusive, medically dangerous, or violates these terms.

Your content

If you submit content to the site (for example, a forum question, reply, or image), you retain ownership of it, but you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute it as part of operating the service. Do not post content you don't have the right to share. If you delete your account, your submitted content is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of liability

The site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the site, reliance on its content (including community-submitted content), or from decisions made about your health based on anything you read here.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. This does not remove any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the law of the country where you live. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Türkiye, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above; continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Severability

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining parts stay in full effect.
