I had been in touch via what's app with Dr Cinik and they had been so responsive with information about the whole procedure which helped with choosing the right clinic. That and the notable footballers who chose the clinic helped with the decision.
I arrived in Istanbul and got a lovely airport transfer to the clinic to get bloods done.
Stayed at a lovely hotel and had breakfast and went to the clinic. Met a lot of the team and the whole procedure took about 5-7 hours.
It's not a painless procedure but I always felt I was in good hands.
I struggled with sleep for the week after so it can be mentally challenging so I would recommend a clinic like Dr Cinik to make it easier than it should be
